Paying and Returning
What if I want to return a product?
If you receive a damaged item – don't worry, call us immediately and we will send you a replacement and tell you where to send the damaged item free of charge. Remember, our Customer Care team is here to help. And, of course, if feel a product doesn’t meet your expectations in any way, you can always return it to us within 30 days for a full refund of your purchase price, subject to the provisions set forth in the Terms and Conditions included herewith.
Is my information confidential?
We use and disclose customer information in accordance with their preferences and our Customer Privacy Policy which is accessible at www.bnlmedia.com/privacy.
How long will it take my parcel to arrive?
Regular delivery usually takes between 10 to 14 days. If you've opted for priority post, your package should be with you in 5 to 7 days. However, we have no control over any disruption to the Postal Services - please allow up to 10 days for priority parcels and up to 28 days for regular delivery.
How will it be delivered?
All items are dispatched by Royal Mail.
How much are delivery costs?
P&P varies according to product. You often will only pay only one p&p no matter how much you order - however from time to time, oversized parcels will attract a premium delivery charge, which will be disclosed at the time of ordering. Our standard rate is £6.95 P&P within the UK, unless stated otherwise. Priority post and shipments to the Republic of Ireland carry additional postage costs.
Missing or Lost?
